Get the week off to a good start with some antioxidants;)

Vitamin C and E in blueberries or blackberries (as we call them):
They are among the antioxidants that work against oxidative stress and protect cells. Vitamin C also boosts collagen production, which is positive for the skin. Vitamins C and E in blackberries can also help strengthen the immune system.

So go to the forest and get the black / blue gold;)

smoothie day

The 🌞is beaming, the gentleman is good and the smoothie is cold and creamy. Feel Like a Happy Thursday!

Try to fill up properly today. The last week was extremely challenging and beautiful at the same time. Tears of overwhelm and tears of joy.

Recipe for my Powersmoothie:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of blackberries (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp Cookies / Cream (Foodspring)
  • Water
  • Almond milk
